A medium cage version of the SRAM XX appeared.
The 'normal' 10-speed SRAM X0 was now available with one of three different colour schemes; black, red and silver. This was, as before, available in 3 cage lengths; short for Downhill, medium for 2X10 and long cage for 3X10
A new 'DH' 10-speed SRAM X0 was introduced with one of two different colour schemes; red and silver. How this differs from the short cage 'normal' version is a little unclear to me
The range of SRAM X9 colours was reduced to grey and white. Red was gone
A new 10-speed SRAM X5 series was introduced, available in 2 cage lengths, medium and long. You also got the choice of two 'looks', silver or black
The many old 9-speed series appear to have disappeared forever.
