Reviewing the the Paris Salon of 1933, this article lists the following derailleurs:

  • Detail changes to Le Cyclo to make it lighter.
  • A new Chemineau three speed, single pulley, racing model operated by a lever behind the saddle pulling a cable that runs down the right seat stay. I have never seen a picture of this design.
  • Lucien Juy’s Simplex
  • Oscar Egg’s Super Champion
  • Le Famery which had no lever, but was operated by pedaling backwards.
  • Francis Pelissier’s racing design, which was possibly a fork design.
  • Caminade’s Rectiligne which used a sliding cassette and a straight chainline - in the style of the Audouard.
