Mountain Bike Action is published by Hi-Torque Publications Inc. of Valencia, California, USA. Although Hi-Torque has been publishing Motocross magazines since 1971, I think that Mountain Bike Action appeared sometime in the early 1980s. Mountain Bike Action is still published, but may have gone fully digital, with the final paper magazine possibly appearing for December 2014.
