This is the Mendoza web site from 2018 (although the copyright symbol indicates that it is possible that it may not have been updated since 2014).
The history page is image 2. This makes no mention of the manufacture of bicycle parts, but does indicate that the company diversified when it 'ventured into the manufacture of office products' in 1986.
The very fine photo of Rafael Mendoza Blanco and Pancho Villa is reminiscent of a number of my 1960s school photos. They were taken with a camera with a lens that mechanically panned the scene. The legend was that you could appear at one end of the group and then run faster than the lens panned and also appear at the other end. It's a theory that, unfortunately, I never tested.
