The Huret Success was very light with titanium used in the knuckles (but weirdly not in the bolts). It was much more robust than the Jubilee. The gear change was at least as good (or not as bad) as Campagnolo’s Super Record.

This is an early example of the Huret Success. Some of its features are:

• The outer parallelogram plate has a smooth shape without casting lines.
• Both adjustment screws have slotted heads. The low gear screw is black and the high gear screw is chromed.
• The b-pivot is designed to fit a Huret drop out.
