Zuma is the brand of Zuma Innovation SL, a company founded in 2015 in Galdakao, a suburb of Bilbao, Spain. The two key people in the company appear to be Mikel Zubieta (the CTO) and Jon Madariaga (the CEO). The word 'Zuma' may be made up of the first two letters of each of their surnames.

The company appears to be developing a full electronic derailleur drive chain that offers the option of automatic shifting. It also seems to have innovative designs for chainrings and sprocket cassettes. If this all seems a little vague, this is because I have not yet seen any of these products in the flesh, and the Zuma web site is an object lesson in how to hide the minimum of information in a maximised forest of platitudes!

'Zuma' is an interesting brand name to choose. Type it into Google and the first gazillion pages of results relate to Jacob Zuma, disastrous fourth President of South Africa, charming hero of the struggle against Apartheid, ruthless head of the ANC's intelligence operation, lunatic advocate of showering as an effective protection against catching HIV and heavyweight contender for the title of the world's most corrupt man. Weirdly, Google's search results for 'Zuma' would have been much the same in 2015, when Zuma Innovation SL was founded, and the brand name was presumably chosen. It's an entertaining selection of brand values to be associated with, even by accident.
