Don Pascual Zotta founded Bicicleta Zotta, a bike shop in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1941. It is still in business today.

In the 1950s or 1960s the company manufactured, or had manufactured, a Zotta branded derailleur, a decently constructed copy of a 1950s Simplex Tour de France.
