The dates on this trademark are a bit of a mystery to me. The ‘first use’ and first use ‘in commerce’ dates are shown as 1990. However I do not think that AutoBike actually sold a bike with even the first version of their automatic transmission until 1997. Either they were ardent devotees of forward planning, or I have my dates wrong!
