Termolan-Galli was a UCI category 1 professional cycling team based in Reggio Emilia, Italy during the 1982 and 1983 seasons. They rode Alan aluminium-framed bikes bikes equipped with Galli derailleurs. The key figure was the Directeur Sportif, Bruno Reverberi. Bruno has continued to run cycling teams to this day, currently running (with his son) Bardiani-CSF, which competed in the 2019 Giro.

It's not a great picture, but the Galli derailleur pictured appears to have the following attributes:

• an Allen-key hanger bolt,
• the adjustment screws on the front of the parallelogram,
• an outer parallelogram plate with a high-mounted cable clamp arm, giving a high actuation ratio,
• a curvaceous black pulley cage,

This makes it somewhat similar to one of the Galli Criteriums in this collection.
