This is an off-the-peg Chinese derailleur logoed-up for the Brazilian 'Sunset' brand. It's only here on this web site because of my fascination with solar-adjacent names.

However, if you look closely at it, you will see similarities to the Saiguan HG-05. Both include a number of features that first appeared on low-end SunTour and SR SUNTOUR models.
