I believe that the Sensah RX was Sensah's very initial derailleur design. If so, it is an impressive first effort:

• It is not aimed squarely at the very low end of the market. Although it has steel parts, it also shows ambition.
• It has a novel cable routing.
• It also has a novel chunky cyborg look.
• The branding is tasteful and restrained.

When I first saw it, I liked it and immediately made a note to keep an eye out for future Sensah models.

This example is an RX412, a short cage model that appears to be targeted at '3-speed folding bikes'. Derailleurs for '3-speed folding bikes' seem to be a particular Chinese obsession - one that appears to have passed us by in the decadent and terminally declining West. Perhaps there are some benefits of our louche lifestyle after all.
