The Sachs New Success MTB (MNS 00) was the long cage version of the contemporary Sachs New Success Sport (RNS 00). As such it had all the many strengths and the few, but real, weaknesses of its sister model. However it did have cutouts to reduce the weight of its outer puley cage plate - something the short cage model had foolishly forsworn in the name of spurious aerodynamics.
This is a respectable example of the Sachs New Success (MNS 00). Some of its key features are:
