Here Simplex are claiming that 90% of the bike manufacturers displaying at the 1949 Salon du Cycle, in Paris, fitted Simplex products on at least some of their models. Around this time Simplex often made claims like this, but I think the 90% figure claimed for 1949 representsd the high point!
