As ever, I am struggling with this leaflet. My theories about it go as follows:
It announces two new, rather pleasant, Fuji 8-speed touring bikes.
From the, somewhat fuzzy, pictures I would say that the top one is fitted with a Sanko H-1 derailleur, and the bottom one is fitted with a Sanko F-1 derailleur. You can see better images of these derailleurs here.
The blurb at the top right mentions that Fuji bikes were ridden at the Rome Olympics (in 1960) but makes no mention of the Tokyo Olympics (in 1964). So I would guess that this leaflet dates from 1961 or 1962.
