This August 1970 advert has the first picture of the SunTour GT (4600), and the first mention of the SunTour V GT (4900). I think that I have seen a very similar advert to this in english - implying that SunTour was now starting to move into the US.

By August 1970 SunTour’s design had moved on from the Honor advertised in May. The cable outer stop has moved back to the inner parallelogram plate and the cable clamp bolt is now mounted on a shaft that is attached to both the upper and lower parts of the front knuckle.

But boy, is that a nasty piece of frame building.
