It won't surprise you that the Moab Brewery is a microbrewery and restaurant in Moab, Utah, USA, founded in 1996 and still going strong. It brews a number of craft beers named on cycling themes - reflecting the spectacular rides for which the local area is justifiably famous.

The brew that most concerns us is Derailleur Ale, a hearty little number using 6 types of malt and 4 types of hop to give 'a deep amber colour and a complex profile'.
