I received this bag containing a Miche derailleur that was a Miche branded version of a SunTour Cyclone 7000. I think this derailleur was called a Miche Competition.

I don't know if the bag was original for this derailleur, and I am not convinced that the hand written 'Primato 1711' correctly describes the derailleur. In my memory the word Primato was only used for later models - but I could well be wrong.

Despite the controversy, it's a fine bag, and a proud part of this collection.
