This postcard shows the front door of Maruishi's headquarters building in Kanda, Tokyo. This building was designed by Toshiro Yamashita and completed in 1931. It is considered to be a jewel of 1930s Japanese architecture. It has richly decorated stonework in the Romanesque style. Cool.
