The, short-lived, MARS product line was cobbled together from a combination of Sachs-Huret designs for the derailleurs and Maillard design for the hubs - appropriate because I believe that the company was based in the old factory at Incheville and its Director-General was Phillippe Maillard.

Curiously the derailleurs appear to have relatively short cages - but I think this is caused by the photographs being taken from a weird angle.
