What do I know about the date or content of this postcard? Well...
- The derailleur shown is a Simplex Bordeaux-Paris.
- Fernand Mithouard (who is not in this photo) won the Bordeaux-Paris cycle race in 1933 while riding for the Lutetia-Wolber team (which is in the photo). This is the race that the pictured Simplex derailleur is named for.

- In 1933 the Championnat de France des sociétés was won by Club Sportif International (with no mention of 'Lutetia'), represented by Georges Vey, Chesnau, Galle and Tual. Vey and Galle are pictured on this postcard.
- In 1934 the Championnat de France des sociétés was also won by Club Sportif International (again with no mention of 'Lutetia'), this time represented by Marcel Blanchon, Raymond Bon and Georges Naisse. Marcel Blanchon and Georges Naisse are pictured on this postcard. Raymond Bon (who is not in the photo) is the designer of the Chaluret 93 and Le Spirax derailleurs.
- Sauveur Ducazeaux was a professional cyclist in 1934 and an active (presumably amateur) cyclist in 1933.
