This page comes from a supplement to the August/September 1985 edition of La Bicicletta. The supplement celebrated the 1985 World Championships that were held in the Veneto region of Italy. This is home territory for Campagnolo and Gipiemme, and not-so-far-from-home-territory for Galli and Ofmega.

The, rather humble, Gipiemme advert mentions that they 'specialise' in derailleurs (amongst other components). It also appears to claim that Gipiemme won - in some way - the 1984 World Championships and won something at the 68th Giro D'Italia (the 1985 edition).
