Using my somewhat fictitious skills at reading Ukrainian, I deduce that this artily designed leaflet is some kind of guarantee or service card for a Model ‘B-130’ bicycle. This appears to meet GOST 5503-57, GOST stands for gosudarstvennyy standart (государственный стандарт) and was the Soviet State Standard system - similar to British Standard or DIN.

This model appears to be a single speed, to have a 58cm frame and 28*1 3/4” wheels.

But dig that cover design - stylish or what?
