This is the second earliest Ofmega patent that I could find - dating from 1975. Again it has nothing to do with derailleurs, but reveals something of the history of Ofmega.

In contrast to the 1966 German patent, the situation in 1975 is:

• The company name is now Ofmega
• The company owners appear to be Dino and Mario Perotti

This, strangely over-complicated, design for a cotterless crank system was developed in association with a company called Antonio Mazzucca & Son.
