This leaflet shows only the axle fitting Phillips design. It does not show any evidence of the chainstay fitting design that became the Resilion derailleur.

The leaflet also does not quote a gear capacity - but does indicate that the standard freewheel designed to be used with it was a 14 to 20 three speed model.
