The Huret Success was very light with titanium used in the knuckles (but weirdly not in the bolts). It was much more robust than the Jubilee. The gear change was at least as good (or not as bad) as Campagnolo’s Super Record.

This is a late example of the Huret Success. Some of its features are:

• The outer parallelogram plate has an angular, facetted, shape with rather obvious casting lines.
• Both adjustment screws are chromed and have Phillips heads.
• The b-pivot has an adjustable plate designed to fit a Campagnolo drop out.
