This patent describes a custom derailleur designed for Hermann Klaue's famous small-wheeled bicycle with a cast aluminium frame.

Although I have seen Hermann Klaue bikes fitted with derailleurs these have generally been 1950s Simplex models (possibly made under licence by Durex). I have never seen the derailleur shown in this patent.
