This patent was granted to Alfred Ondet and Louis Valat in 1934. L'Auto describes Louis Valat as showing a Super-Rapide (with an 'e') derailleur at the 1935 Salon du Cycle in Paris. You might guess that this is the derailleur described here.

It is a strange contraption with, amongst other things, a sliding plate that is a bit similar to that of the 1935 BGA Velectrik.
