I believe that 'doplněk k návodu k obsluze' roughly translates as 'addition to the instructions'. This sheet was possibly supplied as an addition to a bicycle instruction book that, perhaps, covered the wrong kind of derailleur. The derailleur shown, on this addition sheet, is the earliest form of the Favorit Special with three round holes in its parallelogram plates, so perhaps this sheet was used when the Favorit Special was first introduced.
