Brazil has, or has had, a thriving bicycle industry. Brands manufactured in the country appear to include Caloi, Monark, Rivera, Göricke, Falcao and Brandani.

It’s therefore natural to assume that there will be a Brazilian components industry - and this does appear to be so.
