Velo Reinhold is the brand of Reinhold Werke, a business established by Johannes Reinhold in Nürnberg, Germany.

I know little about the business, except that Johannes Reinhold definitely applied for a patent for a design of derailleur in 1950 and seems to have produced a rather natty-looking moped in 1956.
