Torpedo derailleurs were copies of German Fichtel & Sachs derailleurs manufactured under license in Italy. They were possibly manufactured by Erlotti, based in Milano Italy. Torpedo was, of course, a sub brand that Fichtel & Sachs used for its famous hub gears.
