Like Brakman, Stompkop appears to have been a Belgian brand of cigars. Like many brands of cigars in the 20th century, it introduced collectable themes to the images on its cigar bands, and at one point, possibly in the late 1960s, featured cyclists.

I am not sure why, but I find it kind of hard to imagine cyclists featuring on cigar bands today.
