Pelletier was the brand of Marcel Pelletier, a small bicycle manufacturer, based in Lyon, France.

During the 1930s Pelletier designed its own derailleurs, for use on its bikes. They called their derailleurs 'Meilhor' and 'Super-Meilhor', and typically used a distinctive twin-cable, direct-pull design.
