Le Cyclotouriste was a monthly magazine published in Paris, France. It published its first edition in December 1909 and, I believe, published its last in July 1914. Germany declared war on France on 3rd August 1914, which, amongst other things, rendered magazines concerned with cycle touring rather irrelevant.
