Like Stompkop, Brakman appears to have been a Belgian brand of cigars. Like many brands of cigars in the 20th century, it introduced collectable themes to the images on its cigar bands, and at one point, possibly in the late 1960s and early 1970s, featured cyclists.

I am not sure why, but I find it kind of hard to imagine Juul featuring professional cyclists on its packaging today.
