I know very little about the Ukrainian derailleur industry.

Possible Ukrainian derailleurs that I am aware of include:

• The four models possibly produced by Kharkov (and described under that brand)
• Some derailleurs (that look like prototypes) produced by Reginald Vorontsov for Takhion bicycles. These had very, very long hangers.
• A strange chainstay mounting derailleur with a parallelogram and perhaps only one pulley wheel that I have seen mounted on a Kharkov bicycle. Whether this was original equipment or not I do not know.
