I believe that this picture is of Paul de Vivie in Chavanay, 50km east of Saint-Étienne, in 1929. I also believe that the rather suave, hatless, dark-shirted, moustachioed, gentleman on the right of the picture is Albert Raimond the owner of Cyclo.
