This is a rather pleasant example of a Type B Cyclo Benelux Tourist, with its conventional hanger plate. It is a 5-speed derailleur for a 3/32" chain.

In some of the photos, I have disengaged the pulley cage spring to allow the derailleur to adopt a more normal position.
