I believe that this image shows the Cycles Rochet stand at the 1896 Salon des Cycles et Automobiles in Paris. The legend goes that, at around this time, Cycles Rochet manufactured a model that was fitted with Jean Loubeyre's La Polyceler derailleur.

Unfortunately, there is little evidence of this in this photo. If La Polyceler is there, it is well hidden!
