This likable document has two features that I particularly enjoy:
It is signed by Joanny Panel - the owner of Le Chemineau and one of the great figures of derailleur history.
It is dated 1917. As such it is one of the only French documents that I have that date from during the First World War. I have many from during the Second World War, but almost none from the First World War.
