The tables in this leaflet blythely refer to a 'Super Record' derailleur. I don't know what this could possibly mean - I never came across a classic Super Record that indexed with any kind of accuracy.

The tables also refer to Croce D'Aune derailleurs with different cage lengths - but do not do the same for Chorus derailleurs. The do show the two 'slant' setting of the Chorus - represented by the letters 'A' and 'B'.
