DISRAELI DOCUMENTS
These screen shots of the Acros website in 2014 describe a range of Acros A-GE derailleurs composed of a single model available with one of three different pulley cage lengths. This range seems to preceded that in the Acros Product Catalog for model year 2014.
Breaking Acros’ habit of a lifetime, this web site does actually contain some tantalising scraps of information. The rear derailleur is claimed to be impressively light at 159g (no cage length is given for this weight - but that is seriously light), the derailleur can be set to be compatible with 8, 9 and 10 speed cassettes (there is no comment about compatibility with Shimano, SRAM, Campagnolo etc) and a single press of the lever can shift up to 3 gears, upwards and downwards. Finally a complete gear system appears to contain a trifling 248 different parts including 29 thrust bearings (with full ball bearing races) - if that isn’t German engineering at its most compulsively obsessive my name is Karl Friedrich Benz... or Oskar Barnack... or possibly Christoph Muthers.
