DISRAELI GEARS
The ABC Cycle Company was based in Acton, Birmingham, England. I believe that they manufactured bicycles and tandems. In 1936 they patented a low-normal pull-chain derailleur somewhat similar to a Cyclo Star. Frank Berto reports that in 1937 ABC produced a very similar looking derailleur that was top normal and used a bell-crank.
