This trademark appears to be for a Gian Robert logo and appears to cover National Product Class 07, Sub-class 60 - which covers bicycle components amongst other things. It was registered to 'Gian Robert do Brasil Comercio Ltda.', with a priority date of 1995. Unfortunately the link to the image of this logo seems to be broken and I cannot get it to appear whatever browser on whatever device I use to access the web page.

A quick and dirty Google search seems to reveal that Gian Robert do Brasil Comercio Ltda. was located in Perdizes, in São Paulo. Government CNPJ records appear to indicate that Gian Robert do Brasil Comercio Ltda.. was first registered in 1994 and may still be in business, of some sort, today.

Whether this company has anything to do with Gian Robert derailleurs remains unclear.
