I think this leaflet was produced by Rota for a bicycle show in 1948. It features one of those bells that run on the tyre and give a serious ring!
I have included it on this site because:
- It gives a full address for company that produced the Rota brand, l'Emboutissage Industriel Victor Simon. They were based in Villeurbanne, a part of Lyon that is famous for its Art Deco skyscrapers.
- It shows a rather splendid example of the Rota logo - which also has a whiff of the Art Deco about it.
