This is a short movie about Tiso's electronic groupset from 2012 - a groupset which clearly existed, but appears to have never made it into production.
I have a vague belief that the Tiso electronic derailleur, featured here, is one of the parents of the FSA K-Force WE - you can trace the lineage through the relevant stream of patents.
