This patent is a Taiwanese version of a, slightly earlier, US patent. The inventor is Kristopher Wehage who, in 2010, was Research and Development Team Leader in FSA's US office.

The buffet of designs shown in this patent are strikingly reminiscent of some of those explored by SunTour when designing the SunTour Superbe Tech series in 1981 (see Japanese Patent # S58-67587). This theme is developed further in Taiwanese Patent # 201136802

I don't think that FSA ever produced any of the designs in this patent, although various aspects of the designs do reappear in the Tiso electronic derailleur and then later as part of the FSA K-Force WE electronic derailleur.
