The Xundah brand is produced by Ningbo Sypo Industry Co., Ltd. & Cixi Yuanda Bicycle Co., Ltd. in  the Ningbo area, south of Shanghai. This company (it appears to be a single entity with two names) also produce a wide range of other bicycle components, as well as other products. They appear to have been established in 1998.

Their bewildering company motto is "high and lofty aspirations and full of forgiveness are essential." I can drink to that!
