T.C.F. Revue Mensuelle January 1925 - Boizot advert
This humble advert makes a few interesting points:
Cycles Boizot had, by 1925, acquired a new showroom in a swankier part of town.
Complete bikes are now described as using the ‘Système Boizot-Tracol’. Tracol was a brand of bicycles, and it is almost as if the brand for complete bikes would be Tracol and derailleur components would be branded Boizot.
Finally this advert is the earliest instance of the appearance of the Boizot derailleur model name ‘Le Montagnard’.
