You could not construct this derailleur more cheaply if you tried - but the underlying design is a SunTour V, with one sprung pivot, slant parallelogram and adjustment screws at the back.

I found this derailleur in a bike shop in Morocco, where it was considered a very special, premium, product amidst a sea of Xundah and Saiguan copies of the Shimano Tourney 15.

Like the Saiguan HG-08, you sneer at it at your peril.
